Jerry and Gwen Gibson serve with the national field team as members of the point persons for the church-sponsored Chi Alpha ministries.
The mission of Chi Alpha is to reconcile students to Jesus Christ, thereby transforming the university, the marketplace, and the world… The core values are Community, Creativity, Diversity, Excellence, Integrity, and Servant-Leadership.
The Gibsons previously served 24 years as missionaries, building ministry teams; in Mexico, the United States, and Spain. Their passion has always been to help people grow and fully engage in their God-give purpose.
But our missionaries can’t do what they have been called to do alone. Our partnership with them matters.
As individuals and as a church, in Matthew 28: 18-20 Jesus tells, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,[a] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. “God into the world and make disciples. We can accomplish this great commission by supporting missionaries.
